Living at Rail Trail Village has been a great experience. Great construction and amenities, as quiet as you could ask for. Impeccably maintained, management is right on top of any little issue that might pop. Having to pay only one check for rent and all the included utilities is a major convenience. 

Rail Trail Village has been a very happy experience for us as renters. The management is always available for any problems. The village is kept in "tip top shape".  The apartment is wonderful. 

I decided it was time for me to downsize and sell my big house. I heard about Rail Trail Village, so I called for some information and a tour. I liked what I heard and saw. I moved into my new apartment on November 1st. That very afternoon I moved in I felt right at home. I really love my new apartment! They are very well built with top quality materials and appliances. They are very quiet. I do not hear any of my neighbors, or people walking in the hallway. Every time I see one of the owners they never fail to ask me if everything is okay in my apartment! They also always tell me to make sure to call them if I need anything. I appreciate their constant care and concern. The Office Manager is also a very valuable asset to Rail Trail Village. She is always willing to help out and answer any of our questions.

Rail Trail Village stands as a true gem in the North Country located just walking distance from downtown Littleton. The property boasts both interior and exterior elegance, offering an array of features and amenities I never could have imagined. From the construction team to the rest of the administration, there is an evident blend of creativity and genuine warmth that permeates the entire establishment. I sought a place that could evoke a sense of comfort, safety, and home and this community has simply surpassed all expectations.
